Before I left Malinalco I went to take a photo of the formerly beautiful dark green house. Upon leaving town it looked like this. From a different angle this time.

I think this has been the best background drawing practice for me… I used to hate drawing backgrounds, but after doing these street scenes it feels a lot easier and a lot more fun.

I admit, the dark red color looks good too. Perhaps repainting the house wasn’t such a bad idea?

It looked quite nice I agree. But I am just a bit biased because I really love green 🙂

Normally I’d choose green over red, but there are exceptions!
