Yes, had/have tenosynovitis in both wrists since January. I overdid it back then. I am working on it though. So hopefully will be back up on a hoop in a month or so 🙂
Oh boo, forced rest periods are the worst! They’re important though. It turns out that when you don’t rest when hurt that your injuries just get worse. Go figure…
That actually does look like it might be fun!
