Discovered this fella (ca 1 metre high statue) in an art gallery in Kifissia in the north of Athens. I liked his posture and attitude and wanted to draw him. Love how he turned out. I feel like I am starting to like cats (usually a total dog person), not sure what is happening to me…?

Nee bis jetzt noch nicht. Ich hatte es in Mexico das erste mal versucht aber es war zu heiss und stressig für meinen geschmack 😛 Dein Skizzenbuch Afrika basiert auf life sketches oder Erinnerungen/ Impressionen? Find deine Zeichnugen und Farben hammer schön ❤ 🙂
Wenn ich wieder in Island bin nächsten Monat würde ich es gern versuchen. At the moment I am just drawing from snapshots I take along the way. I prefer to be comfy at home with a big cup of coffee were no one disturbs me. But that will be a challenge I would like to take on next. 🙂

…in Afrika habe ich immer nur ein Skizzenbuch dabei, manche Bilder waren so vor Ort, andere sind aus der Erinnerung und wieder andere ein Eindruck, der dann ein Bild geworden ist… man kann sich als Frau in Afrika nicht einfach in die Öffentlichkeit setzen und zeichnen, schade noch…
