Alright, my finished digital drawing attempt. What do you think about the style?
Not sure about the composition. Drew the first thing that came to mind… and added the birds because… reasons.. The pose could certainly be improved.

I absolutely love it, I love all the expressions on the character faces. I like the drawing style, it reminds me of these little blocks of note papers with various motives, often drawings and paintings of animals doing people stuff and wearing clothes; and I remember my favourite one was of a turtle being a pastry chef – and your drawing reminds me of that one. The style also reminds me of a video game I played the other week, called Chook & Sosig, the characters are just so present and emotionally vibrant!
