Maybe it’s time for a diet?

This forest scene is inspired by the little mushroom person that came out of nowhere in the last drawing…

Tried something completely different as well for the raven prompt. Although I don’t feel like drawing this character is really me. I really prefer drawing animals and I feel like I haven’t found my style yet when it comes to drawing people appropriate for children’s books. I will keep on practicing though.
I am still on track with my Inktober drawings, I just haven’t managed to take photos and upload them yet. They will follow shortly.
Who else is doing Inktober here?

Inktober is here again!
I think ink is still my favourite medium to draw with. I haven’t picked any particular topic to draw this year but I will just follow the official Inktober prompt list and see what comes out of it. I think I will experiment creating different characters.
Let this owl look into her crystal ball to tell you what happens next.

When I was a kid I used to love to eat lemon slices dipped in sugar. Thinking about it, even nowadays, lemons are an essential part in my kitchen. Sometime instead of tea I just drink hot lemon, and lemon is part of many dishes I cook. Pasta with salmon – lemon – cream sauce is one of my favourites.
The capybara went for a more direct approach.

I did like the idea of the first capybara I had drawn in October surrounded by lemons and thought I revisit it.

Which one do you like better? Number 1 or number 2?
