It’s been only two weeks since the last aerial hoop class, but I already miss hanging upside down in the air! Need to make sure I get to the studio on Friday.
Poster design and motto of today. After I had a good two weeks run working on my book project I think I hit one of those micro pits of despair again. It kind of feels like I am out of drawing energy. So I have been doing something else until I get my mojo back.
Was playing around with a few new poster designs for my Etsy shop. They will be up by the end of the week. And I have been drawing more lamas… Maybe I’ll add them too.
Time apparently flies when you are having fun. I have been drawing like a mad woman all week. Will be relaxing at the gym tonight. Guess my party days are over.
This week I feel like I have been all over the place. New uploads to my Etsy shop, book illustrations, people drawing…. And nothing really got finished… Oh well..
I guess this is more for me than anyone else. I am really bored of this book project right now and even thought about quitting. But then again, that is not an option.
You can find this design either as print or postcard printable in my shop.
I am still having fun coming up with new designs for my Etsy store. I have been adding some more cards since Valentine’s Day. This is one is my favourite at the moment. What do you think? Perfect for your mate, friend, colleague.
I decided to set up an Etsy shop for printable wall art and cards and have been having fun the past week in coming up with designs. I think it is also a way of procrastination from the task at hand, which is getting my illustrations done for my latest book project. I still haven´t managed to posted about it…. Maybe tomorrow.
Anyhow, I have been having fun learning more about photoshop and designer and mock ups, so it is not all wasted time. Apparently Valentine’s day is just around the corner and I thought I experiment with that. Here is one for the honey badger in your life! What do you think?
I have been going through my old capybara drawings and I still really like them. The one below and another capybara lemon picture are actually hanging framed in our living room.
I went through my old drawings as I am in the process of putting products together for an Etsy shop. And I think this should be part of it. I actually would like to include a series of my When Life gives you Lemons Capybaras. What do you think? Would you put this up on your wall?
