Feeling Frail
This is Inktober remainder number 2 that I forgot to post. The prompt was called frail.
Flew off my bike the other day. I don´t feel frail but rather bruised and bumped. Otherwise ok.
Curious Crowd of Huskies
I just discovered two Inktober drawings that I forgot to post.
This one is titled Husky. I love how it turned out. I´m still a dog person. What could they be looking at though?
Feeling Dizzy
Another Inktober leftover.
I’ve been slow with updates and responding to comments, as I was on an almost 3 week long pre-Christmas break. It was good to leave the island for a little while and to get some winter sun and good food.
Not sure what Mr Fox drank that night, but it certainly made him dizzy.
Mr Snowman is not amused.
Winter is here and a storm warning is on for tomorrow. I think this will be my Christmas card for this year. What do you think?
Inktober 2019 Day 31 – Ripe
Last but not least. Almost forgot to post this one, the last of the inktober prompts.
Happy first advent everyone!
Trying to catch Mr Mouse turned out to be too exhausting. Therefore little Mr Fox stuffed his face with ripe grapes instead.

Little fox was still hungry after he caught the fish. So he started chasing after a mouse he saw passing by.
Inktober 2019 Day 30 – Catch
I´m aware that Inktober finished a while ago, and I also finally managed to finish the last drawing. All my plans of keeping up with drawing daily got interrupted by visitors and spontaneous out of town adventures. But I am not really complaining about it, as it was a lot of fun too.
I really enjoyed the prompt list this year, and I am always curious and excited to see the differences of my drawings between the last years.
Inktober 2017 got me back into drawing, and it was a real struggle in the beginning.
2018 I had a lot of fun with different characters and surrealistic scenes.
This year I wanted to learn how to stick to a character, which eventually developed into little Mr. Fox. What could his first name be? Maybe Emil?
I also started to work on illustrating a children´s book. And this was supposed to be some kind of practice for it. I feel I should also make a story out of the little fox.
Hope you had fun with him too!
He didn´t know where the fish came from. But he tried to catch it anyway.

When you feel like the night has eyes. Actually I love how this one turned out. I was not really excited in the beginning but decided to go with the idea anyway. Now I am happy I did.

I of course thought about the Acropolis when I heard ancient. I miss Greece, the culture and history all around. Iceland is rather poor in that respect.
Edit: I added some clouds to the drawing. Felt it looked a bit empty in the upper part.

Went to revisit the little fox from day 2 of Inktober. He inspected the mushrooms too closely it seems.

Books! A real treasure. I keep accumulating books but I cannot keep up with the reading. So my resolution is, to use the winter months to catch up with it! What about you?
