I of course thought about the Acropolis when I heard ancient. I miss Greece, the culture and history all around. Iceland is rather poor in that respect.
Edit: I added some clouds to the drawing. Felt it looked a bit empty in the upper part.

Lovely art! Maybe not ancient, but I also love that Iceland has very interesting “old” things that are still alive, such as the Alþingi, and historically one of the best records for women’s rights.

Cool that you are still doing Inktober. I always felt like if you didn’t finish in October, why not keep doing it into November?

I realized I skipped one day! So I am kind of still on it. This way I at least wont run out of drawing ideas 🙂
