Art vs Artist II

For the beginning of the year I felt like putting another one of these together. More as motivation for myself than anything else. Just as reminder of what I did during the last year, beside travelling a lot and raising a tiny human.
I am excited about the coming months. Lots of creative plans are in the works. Now I just need to make the time to get started.

    1. Again, Happy New Year! It all has been grey in grey since it started, not a bit of sunshine. I feel like hibernating but yes, I have a very active 13 month old girl who is keeping me on my toes every day. She is the turtle inspiration in all those drawings 🙂 😛

        13 months? She’s probably trotting or crawling everywhere. (Remember to lift every object out of reach… 😉) You must be deep in love. They’re so wonderful at that age…

        1. AH she is definitely keeping me on my toes. Hard to keep up with all the energy, She just turned 14months. No idea where the month went. She is running and climbing and favourite activity is catapulting herself onto the bed and couch… Definitely not a turtle any more. New nickname is “agent of chaos”. Greetings from the snowstorm!

          1. 14 months is a wonderful age, but also an age when one has to be extremely careful. Move all potentially dangerous objects out of reach… Keep an eye on the Chaos agent all the time. It’s fun.

          2. Greetings from snowy Reykjavik .Same temperature here. Only difference is the abundance of heating and hot water. Stayed once in CDMX Dec/Jan when the temperature also dropped that low over night. and bloody hell, it felt cold in those single brick buildings without heating. We stayed with a friend and the 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed because we where so cold. good times 🙂 Stay warm!

          3. Haha! I can understand the need for human warmth. I had to install radiators here in the house. But it’s all right. Now in February, temps have gone up very nicely since last week. back to normal.
            I read that you have eruptions?
