Oktober is over and I am behind in posting the last couple of drawings. Because of work and studies I am also still missing the last two prompts. So I will just keep on going.
I realized how cruel this image is, after I googled dogs vs porcupines. So not pretty.
A Halloween inspired scribble. She is chopping watermelons, not heads or pumpkins.

Forgot to post this one. Inktober prompt for day 20 – Breakable.
We were at a friend’s place the other day and they talked at length about how their cat does things that annoy them, but then again, he is “oh so cute” that you cannot be angry with him.
So this drawing is titled “Cats are assholes”.
I am a dog person. What about you?
They were both so drained from playing outside that they needed a break.
Although I am also drained of being sick, which I have been the last couple of days, so this is also my current state…
I quite struggled with this Inktober prompt. I had no idea what to draw. And then this was the outcome….? A hamster with swollen cheeks.
Prompt #16 for Inktober… an angular landscape, with a lynx, a hare and the man with the hat.
Who is guarding what?
I guess you can figure out my two favourite things by now – food & dogs.
When you go fishing and it did not turn out as expected.
If the chicken needs a break, you can hop on your precious dragon to take you places.
I wish he could take me to work right now, so I´d avoid the traffic.
What does the flying bottle do there you might wonder? I thought about a snitch first, which turned into a bottle of beer, which is the carrot for the dragon to keep him going the right direction.
Prompt number 6 for #Inktober. First thing that came to mind was of course dogs!
Prompt 4 of Inktober – Spell…
Not sure what he is brewing here, but he certainly has something cooking.
This not what I had in mind at all when I started drawing. I thought of roasted meat.. but non of the things I sketched out I actually liked. So I went a completely different direction.
What better than a dark roast in the morning? I am nothing without a good cup of coffee. What about you?

What I would like to do right now: perfect picnic with a glass of very dark and heavy red wine and giant pieces of Gruyere, Manchego and Comté.
I needed to do a hoop drawing again as I am all in the mood for aerial hoop. It is so nice to be back in the air, although it also means to be bruised and sore all the time. It looks nice, but it is actually tough work!
I had no idea what I was going to do, so this one turned into an autumn inspired hoop hang picture. The foxes are like “what the hell is she doing?”
Cockatoos… They just came together for no apparent reason.
Yes, flamingos! Jenna Gee aka The Sunshine Artist suggested me to draw flamingos, so I decided to have fun with flamingos as you can see.
I have about 20 pages left in my sketchbook which I would like to fill with aerial themed illustrations.

I felt like paying Malinalco a visit again. And I still want to fill my Mexico sketchbook to the end. So I will do this bit by bit.
I started this one a while ago and finally finished it. Back in April I stayed in Malinalco with my friend Mohsen, the poet. We left early one morning to catch the bus to Cuernavaca, when we met this guy, parked at the side of the road.
Same donkey that we met previously.
Let´s move to an exotic location! There have to be pelicans of course! That´s what I am thinking right now, looking at the grey clouds outside.
Second last promt for #WorldWatercolourMonth. I have about 20 pages left in my sketchbook and I would like to fill them with more aerial illustrations all the way to the end.

First time I also used masking fluid. Made coloring in the background so much easier. Will definitely use it again.
I also finally went back to hoop class last night after several months break due to injury. It was great. It was like I never took a break except for being so tired afterwards that I went straight to bed. But hanging upside down in the air is the best!
